How Does It Work?

  1. We will review your items upon receiving them.
  2. We request that all clothing be clean, washed and dry, and in good condition when we receive it – no stains, fading, or excess wear/ tear. All home decor must be free from damage. Electronics must be in good working condition, we will test them to be sure. 
  3. All items will be priced and you will be notified of all pricing prior to being listed in the shop. 
  4. For most items you will receive 35% of the sale before taxes via e-transfer. For items that sell for over $100, you will receive 50% of the sale before taxes via e-transfer. You will be paid at the end of each month for all of your items that have been sold.
  5. We sell both vintage and modern styles of items including home décor, clothing, some electronics, shoes, accessories/ jewellery and more!

If your items are not sold within 60 days, you have three different options:

  1.  You can pick up your items (curbside pickup) for free or your items can be delivered to you for a fee $9.99.
  2. We can drop off your items to a local thrift shop or donation centre for $9.99.
  3. MOST POPULAR - You can choose to leave your items with us for sale for an extra 30-60 days. In this case we usually discuss marking down your items based on seasonal demand or to sell them faster
